1:1 LESSON

What are the 1:1 lessons, and who are they for?

Our 1:1 lessons are personalised sessions tailored to your skill level and goals. They are ideal for both beginners and experienced artists looking to refine their hairstyling and makeup techniques.

What does a typical 1:1 lesson include?

Depending on the selected session, you will receive:
- Personalised coaching on techniques, styling, and business strategies.
- Hands-on practice with guidance and feedback.
- A tailored curriculum focusing on your preferred hairstyling techniques.

What is the duration and cost of the 1:1 lessons?

We offer two options:
Half Day (3 hours): $599
Full Day (6 hours): $999 (bridal styles/looks included)

2 DAY INTENSIVE WORKSHOP

What is the 2-Day Intensive Workshop?

This is a 2-day immersive program designed for hairstylists who want to enhance their skills with advanced styling techniques and business strategies.

What is the structure of the workshop?

The workshop is split into two days:

Day One: Theory (6 hours)
- Business Building (1 hour)
- Fundamentals of hairstyling (2 hours)
- Live Demonstration (3 hours)
- Selection of two hairstyles

Day Two: Practical (6 hours)
- Hands-on practice with the selected hairstyles

What are the model requirements for Day 2 - hair workshop?

For optimal results, models should:
- Have medium to long hair (highlighted or blonde preferred for upstyles, any colour for Hollywood waves).
- Have hair at least mid-back length for Hollywood waves.
- Bring 2-3 white or light-colored tops (off-the-shoulder, lace, or low-back styles work best).
- Wash their hair the night before or the morning of class, arriving with clean, dry, smooth, and brushed hair.

How much does the Intensive Workshop cost?

The Intensive Workshop is priced at $2200 per person. For two participants booking together, the cost is $2000 per person. Each workshop accommodates up to two students.

How should I prepare for the workshop?

To make the most of the session, please prepare the following:
- Business Forms & CRMs: Gather any business tools you currently use to receive tailored advice.
- Apps & Programs: List all relevant software you use for business operations.
- Studio Setup: If you have a workspace, describe your setup and any challenges.
- Questions: Write down any topics or concerns you’d like to discuss.

What are the model requirements for Day 2 - makeup workshop?

For optimal results, models should:
- Bring 2-3 white or light-colored tops (off-the-shoulder, lace, or low-back styles work best).
- Eyebrows should be waxed at least three days before.
- Must wash their face, apply their usual face moisturised the night before/in the morning, and arrive without makeup.
- Skin types: ensure both your models have different skin types. For example:
Model 1: Oily/ combination skin
Model 2: Dry skin
- Facial features: ensure both your models have different face shapes and eye shapes.

GROUP BOOKING

What group booking options are available?

We offer two main types of group education:
- Look & Learn Sessions (demonstration-based)
- Hands-on Workshops (interactive practice sessions)

What is included in the Hands-on Workshop?

The Hands-on Workshop is a 4-hour session where Lily will demonstrate 1 style/look and the participants will practice the 1 style/look under guidance.

Is there an additional fee for extra attendees?

LOOK & LEARN: Additional attendees $150 per person (up to 15 attendees)

HAND-ON WORKSHOP: Additional attendees $350 per person (up to 8 attendees)

What are the location requirements for on-site bookings?

If you choose to host the session at your location, the space must have:
• Adequate lighting for makeup application
• Comfortable seating and table space for attendees
• Power outlets for styling tools (if needed)
• A clean and quiet environment for learning

What options are available for group bookings?

Lily Artistry offers:
Look & Learn: Demonstration sessions lasting;
2 hours (1 style) for $1000,
4 hours (2 styles) for $1500,
and 6 hours (3 styles) for $2000.

Hands-on Workshop: A 4-hour interactive session priced at $2000.

How many people can attend in a group booking?

LOOK & LEARN: Minimum 5 attendees

HANDS-ON WORKSHOP: Minimum 4 attendees

Where do group sessions take place?

In-Studio: Group bookings can be held at our designated training location.

On-Site (Your Location): We can also come to you! If you’d like the session at your home or another venue, certain location requirements must be met (see below).

PERSONAL MAKEUP LESSON

How long and cost of the lesson?

3 hours for $350.

Will there be hands-on practice during the session?

Yes! You will apply the techniques learned during the workshop to practice and refine your skills.

Do I need to bring my own makeup products and tools?

All tools and products will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own kit to build familiarity with your products.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Will snacks be provided during training?

Yes, light snacks will be available. If you have dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance.

Can I film during the workshop?

Yes! Ensure you have enough storage space or bring a backup device.

What should I bring to my training session?

A: Please bring:
- Your existing kit
- A notebook and pen for notes
- A charged phone or charger (recording is allowed)

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Our cancellation policy is strict. The 50% retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
